Built from field experience.

Ironclad builds inspection, operations, and training tools for the people responsible for the work.

See what we build

Software built from the ground up, not the top down.

Ironclad products begin with a real operating problem. The work comes first: the inspector documenting a job, the operator making a calculation without signal, or the trainee learning how a plant responds.

01

Inspection & evidence

Field capture, reporting, and verifiable photo documentation for inspection teams.

Inspection & Investigation · ProofMark
02

Midstream operations

Practical tools for project spend, operating calculations, and decisions made away from the office.

3RTracking · PlantHand
03

Industrial training

Experience-based simulation that helps operators practice plant decisions before the stakes are real.

Cold Creek Gas Plant Simulator

Operator training grounded in real plant experience.

Cold Creek turns more than a decade of cryogenic gas-plant operations into browser-based training. Sim users learn plant behavior, upset response, and the cost of their decisions in a place where mistakes become lessons.

ProofMark

Local-first, ticket-based field documentation for utility locators and inspectors. Each photo records GPS quality, coordinates, bearing, local and UTC time, and the work ticket it belongs to.

Photos remain on the company device and are never stored in a database. Each photo is SHA-256 hashed and can be exported in a tamper-evident PDF. Inspection-specific features are being added, and two inspection companies plan to implement ProofMark with their inspectors.

PlantHand

An offline field toolkit for gas-plant operators covering hydrate risk, chemical injection, JT and blowdown checks, N2 purging, refrigeration, volumes, gas velocity, pipe data, gas properties, and unit conversion.

Built for the control room and the field, with dark and high-contrast daylight themes, local atmospheric-pressure settings, published methods, and validity-range warnings.

Moving from field testing to a 40+ user rollout.

Working inspectors are testing the platform in real conditions. The immediate priority is stability: resolve field issues, protect the reporting workflow, and prepare the system for a larger team.
